The online DIY
For Wo-Men who prefer to take this trip by themselves
The "Level Up!" programme combines all my years of study, my personal experience and expertise into a format that you can do from the comfort of your home. Let’s say I am a pragmatic coach (having the academic background) with a spiritual twist. You will be able to log into an online teaching platform where the training comes to you via video and audio, so you can connect in a way that works for you. I will also provide you with exercises, tools and meditations that guide you through the different modules.
The group sessions
For Wo-Men who find value in doing this together
Here you get all the previous, the self-study videos and audio, the exercises and various tools. On top of that we will virtually meet up 11 times (every two weeks) over a span of 5 months. This way you have the opportunity to ask questions, share stories and of course get some spotlight coaching from me. You’ll also become part of the online Global Community, since I believe in Wo-Men supporting each other: the power of the pack!
